Two beloved American brands. One limited-edition sneaker. That’s exactly what Levi’s and New Balance are serving up with their recent collaboration.
In honour of New Balance’s 35th anniversary of the traditional NB 1300, the sneaker brand has teamed up with Levi’s for a shoe that’s sure to be on every sneakerhead’s shopping list.
The Levi’s x New Balance 1300 meshes iconic details from both brands.
Made in America, the new sneaker uses Levi’s back patch-coloured suede and deadstock White Oak XX52 denim. The reimagined New Balance silhouette also features Levi’s Orange Tab on the left foot, a White Oak woven label on the shoe tongue, and a hangtag that says “Levi’s® for feet”.
While these shoes are made for walking, they’re also a collector’s piece.
Collectors can keep them in mint condition with the special edition Levi’s for feet and New Balance orange and tan collector’s box.
But it’s not going to be easy to get your hands on them. The sneakers were made in a limited run and are only available in select stores starting March 26. In Canada, you’ll find them at Levi’s Store Toronto Eaton Centre, Haven, Uncle Otis, and SSENSE for $285.
