If you’re about to order breakfast from your local McDonald’s location, then listen up. It’s been announced that McDonald’s Canada is limiting its menu due to COVID-19 and social distancing.

10 McDonald’s Canada items are temporarily being removed from menus.

“To simplify operations and to support social distancing in our kitchens during this time – as well as ensuring the best possible experience for our guests – we are simplifying our menu and temporarily removing some items,” McDonald’s Canada said in a statement to Narcity.

Effective April 14, McGriddles, bagels (à la carte and sandwiches), Big Breakfast, salads (entrée and side), croissants, danishes and mini-chocolatines, and cones will be unavailable for the time being.

However, if locations across Canada still have those menu items, they are allowed to sell them until they’re gone.

McDonald’s Canada also says that the company is keeping its eye on the current COVID-19 situation and is prepared to make more cuts to its menu if necessary.
