Calling all Tom & Jerry fans! The cartoon that centres on the love-hate relationship between Tom and Jerry is celebrating its 80th anniversary this year.
The comedy series originally aired in 1940, and won seven Academy Awards for its original run. Since then, the show has had five spin-offs and a number of movies. The classic series even has a animated/live-action hybrid film set to release later this year, which is said to star celebs Chloe Grace Moretz, Ken Jeong, and more.
But while we wait for the movie to launch, there are other ways to celebrate our love for Tom & Jerry!
Reebok is launching a special Tom & Jerry collection this month.
On February 15, fans of the iconic cartoon can shop rivalry-inspired heritage shoes. The Reebok x Tom & Jerry 80th anniversary collection features two pairs of shoes: Tom & Jerry Reebok Club C Revenge, which feature graphics from the Warner Bros., embroidered accents, and cheese graphics; and the Tom & Jerry Club C 85, featuring custom graphics, contrast colour pops, and leather uppers. The Club C 85 is also available in boy sizes.
Both shoes are available to purchase for $130 on February 15 on Reebok.ca or at select retailers.
