Passionate about Toronto? Peace Collective provides a great way to show your love of Toronto through its collection of clothing and accessories.
Peace Collective has its flagship store on 131 Ossington Avenue in the Trinity-Bellwoods neighbourhood. This neighbourhood holds the beautiful Trinity-Bellwoods Park as well as an abundance of stylish stores and popular bars and restaurants. You can also find a Peace Collective store in Union Station.
Peace Collective was founded in 2014 by Yanal Dhailieh and became renowned for its “Toronto Vs. Everybody” t-shirt.
The Peace Collective store then opened in 2016.
Visitors can shop unisex clothing, as well as multiple accessories such as hats, bags, mugs, and more. They also have a kid's collection available, which ranges in sizes from 3-6 months to X-Large.
Peace Collective was founded with a focus to celebrate individuality and allow people to express their passions and personality.
They support other Canadians in striving to achieve their goals and ambitions. Another aspect of the story behind Peace Collective is that it supports people in need. Countries that are helped are Haiti, Ecuador, Lebanon, Syria, Ethiopia, Kenya, India, and Thailand.
Each item that is purchased is able to provide five school meals to a child in need in the aforementioned countries.
What we love is that this, in turn, will attract more children to attend schools and have a brighter and more promising future.
The store has large white walls with an industrial feel with cement-like floors. The area is very open and easy to shop with minimalist features. The front of the store has Peace Treats where you can indulge in milkshakes and fun snacks.
In addition to shopping, Peace Collective holds events at this 2,000-square-foot space where the entry fee is donation based.
