The Body Shop — CF Pacific Centre Mall

The Body Shop has been revamping its stores across the globe, and in March 2020, the brand's new concept store launched in Vancouver.

Now open at CF Pacific Centre Mall, the concept store is the first in North America and the third globally. The other locations can be found in Hong Kong and London, England.

The Body Shop CF Pacific Centre concept store expands on the brand's activist spirit.

With a focus on sustainability, The Body Shop CF Pacific Centre location's most notable feature is its refill station.

Shoppers can purchase a refillable bottle in-store and fill it with their favourite scents of body wash, including Satsuma, Coconut, Shea, and more. The cost with the bottle is $12, and refills are $7.

The store also features a spot to fill up your water bottle, an activism corner, and the brand's beloved recycling program.

Not to mention, the store is outfitted with sustainable store features. Think reclaimed wood and zinc facade cladding, which takes less energy to produce and uses materials recycled from re-roofed and demolished structures.
