Calling all Schitt’s Creek, fans: the Canadian comedy — which follows the once-wealthy Rose family as they navigate their new, not-so-wealthy lives — has partnered with a Toronto-based retailer for something very special.
Starring Eugene and Dan Levy, Annie Murphy, and Catherine O’Hara, the fashion in Schitt’s Creek plays a huge role in the Emmy-nominated show. Their extravagant wardrobes act as a link to their former lives, and now you can own the very pieces that have been featured on TV.
Available to fans across the globe, the Schitt’s Creek x VSP Consignment collection features exclusive pieces and collectables from designers like Givenchy, Dries Van Noten, Isabel Marant, Rick Owens, Proenza Schouler, Balenciaga, Alexander Wang, Alexander McQueen, and more.
Prices of the collection start at $150, with most pieces ranging around $398. That’s hundreds, maybe even thousands, off regular retail prices. In addition, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to GLSEN (Gay, Lesbian & Straight Education Network), so you can feel good about splurging!

The collection went live on October 3, and at the time of writing, a huge portion of the collection is already sold out. There are still plenty of gems to shop though, you just need to act quickly.
Ship the pieces straight to your house, or pick them up at VSP Consignment’s Dundas St. West store in Toronto.

If you spend time on Instagram following bloggers, fashion editors, and influencers, you’ll likely see them rocking chic and fashion forward pieces. Where do they get all these gorgeous clothes from? The answer is probably Shopbop. Take one look around the site, and you’ll see what I mean. Seriously — I could spend all day shopping the site and building the wardrobe of my dreams.
Wondering who has the dream job of deciding what we shop at Shopbop? That’s Caroline Maguire, Shopbop‘s fashion director. Not only is Caroline a known fashion leader, but she’s also mom to two gorgeous kiddies. I caught up with Caroline to find out all about how she got her job, plus what’s coming down the Shopbop pipeline!
First thing’s first, what was the first job you ever had? The job after that? And how did it lead you to where you are today?
The first job I ever had was selling men’s shoes at a large retailer in Northern California. After that, I interned in fashion PR working with smaller-scale street and skate brands in LA. I’ve always loved retail and understanding the ins and outs of the business.
What’s your personal style?
My personal style has definitely evolved throughout the years. Being a working mom, I’m always on the go and my style reflects that – I would say trendy, comfy, chic, and on-the-go!
What are some of your fave brands/stores?
Some of my favorite brands are Acne Studios, Alexander Wang, Maison Irem, R13, Anine Bing, Paco Rabanne and Sandy Liang. My all-time favorite store is Shopbop, of course!

What’s your advice to someone looking to get into fashion?
Work hard, BE HUMBLE, never expect things to be handed to you, and learn as much as you can within the industry. I knew I wanted to be in retail so I started as a trainee, then moved to an assistant buyer, associate buyer, a planner, so on and so forth, getting as much experience as I could within each department. Start as an intern or assistant and focus on absorbing as much as you can. Guaranteed, you’ll use it later on in your career.
What’s your secret to staying organized?
I rely on my phone for EVERYTHING. Using my calendar and setting reminders is how I stay on top of my schedule!
What’s a typical day at work for you?
It changes daily so there’s never really a “same day.” I typically start my day at breakfast with an editor or designer, and head to market appointments. I then head to the office to catch up on emails and look through new designer brand books. It’s always something different, which makes the job so fun!
What has been the most fulfilling project you’ve worked on so far?
Being at Shopbop has allowed for plenty of fulfilling projects over the years. The most exciting project to date is coming this Fall. I can’t speak to it just yet, but keep an eye out this September.
What sets Shopbop apart from other luxury fashion retailers?
There really is no other retailer like Shopbop. We pride ourselves on finding new and emerging talent and strive to be a daily resource for style inspiration and discovery.

What’s a surprising fact about yourself?
I’m fluent in both English and Chinese!
What advice would you give your 18-year-old self?
Don’t sweat the small stuff, it will all work out.

If you struggle to stay cool on hot and humid summer days, then you’ll feel like this collab was done especially for you.
The collection features 11 women’s items and 4 for men and they’re all made using UNIQLO’S AIRism technology.
AIRism allows for the wearer to be cool and stylish no matter the weather. Hence why it’s going to come in real handy when those 30 degree humid days hit.
In a release, Alexander Wang said, “Working with UNIQLO on the second season of the collaboration, it felt like there was a mutual understanding of not only aesthetics but of each other’s workethic. It was easier coming together this time around to accomplish a similar goal from various touch-points. Innovation has always been at the forefront of our design and creative process, and functionality serves a huge purpose in the way I and our customers dress. Therefore, through the influence of innovation, technology and functionality, the special AIRism collection was born.”
Wondering what to shop? The women’s collection consists of low-back bodysuits, comfy loose-fitting t-shirts, and scoop-neck crop tops in pretty pastel hues like mint green, sky blue and peach. Men can shop a selection of crew neck t-shirts, breathable boxers, and tank tops.
The ALEXANDER WANG x UNIQLO collection is available online and in stores from April 11.

Bold Collaboration Between Designer Alexander Wang and Trojan Condoms
Protect Your Wang! An unusual and bold collaboration between designer, Alexander Wang and condom maker, Trojan to honour Pride Month.
Did you ever wonder what the world’s most luxurious condom would look like? While Taiwanese-American fashion designer Alexander Wang has not reinvented the condom, he’s included a branded Trojan in his Protect Your Wang capsule, launching today. The collection, available in Wang’s Soho flagship store in New York City, with some items available online, also includes socks, hats, bandanas, and T-shirts. Each item is labelled with “Protect Your Wang.”
Wanting to do something special for Pride, Wang contacted Trojan last year, and they came up with a limited-edition capsule collection to promote safe sex. Part of the proceeds will go to the LGBT Center in New York towards sexual health education programs.
To 34-year-old Wang, who is from San Francisco, Pride is an event that’s been part of his whole life. “That celebration of optimism and bringing people together not only for what they have in common but how they are different. I love that message,” he said. Pride has always been one of his favourite moments of the year, and he wanted to create products that would engage his friends and fans to support initiatives he is passionate about.
The designer also designed a ‘Protect Your Wang float, which will be debut at the New York City Pride March on Sunday, June 24. “I can’t wait for everyone to see it on the streets of New York,” he said.
