Twice a year, William Ashley opens its Toronto warehouse to the public and it never disappoints. This year, the fall edition starts on October 22 and we were lucky enough to get a sneak peek at the sale ahead of its opening date.
The bi-annual warehouse sale brings offers shoppers the brands that William Ashley is famous for a big discount.
And the space is absolutely massive! Located in Woodbridge at 111 Creditview Road, the retail space is a whopping 25,000-square-feet large. While the William Ashley flagship exclusively features tablewares and home decor, the warehouse sale offers all that plus toys, spa, linens, clothing, accessories, and more.
When you first enter the space, you’ll be greeted by William Ashley’s daily deals and door crashers. Each day, the deals are different, so you never know what you might be able to score.
Afterward, you’ll find all of the crystal and tablewares that William Ashley is known for. Everything is brand new, damage-free, and available for much lower prices than you’d see in regular retail stores.
Some of the brands we spotted in this section include Waterford, Kate Spade, Miranda Kerr for Royal Albert, and Nachtmann to name a few.
From there on, the warehouse sale just gets bigger.
A winding yellow path leads to a massive retail space that offers everything you could ever need for the home, office, and entertaining. From decorative pillows and artwork, to bathroom accessories and board games, the William Ashley Fall Warehouse Sale is a treasure trove.
Everything in the warehouse is up to 90% off and individually priced. We spotted some items for as low as $1.99.
Don’t worry about getting lost in the sale — each section has an overhanging sign to guide you to where you want to go.
Some of the more notable sections include the holiday decor area, which is the largest selection of holiday decor in the entire city; the spa area, which includes bath and beauty products from Cargo Cosmetics and Moschino; and the children’s department, which features baby and toddler clothing, toys, and more, perfect for holiday gifts!
But if you’re a William Ashley Warehouse Sale aficionado, you know that the cook and kitchenware section is where the real gems are found.
The prices featured on brand names like Le Creuset, Emile Henry, Wusthof, and Lodge are often boasted about as the best in the city — we’re told that you won’t be able to find deals on these brands as good as here.
The Ashley Archive is where you’ll find discontinued china and crystalware.
If your set at home is missing a few things, the Ashley Archive is worth checking out. Or if you had an eye on a set that’s no longer carried in stores, you might just find it at the sale.
On top of everything mentioned, there is so much more that can be found.
Head to the sale if you’re looking for pots and pans, kitchen appliances, pet clothing and accessories, bed linens, picture frames, decorative pillows, host/hostess gifts, holiday decor, and anything else you could ever need for home.
The sale is restocked every week.
William Ashley’s buyers are always adding new product, so you’ll never find empty shelves at the sale. And with it running until December 1, you never know what you’ll find from October 22 to then. It’s a sale that’s worth visiting more than once!
