Interruptions are multi-tasking in disguise. It’s so distracting with our phones going off constantly, so why not leave it in your bag or put it on airplane-mode to avoid any disruptions.

4. Download a Self Control App

There is even an app to help you out where you can block your own access to websites or mail servers for a pre-set length of time.
