If you’re someone who takes your coffee with a non-dairy milk alternative, then get excited because Starbucks is adding oat milk to its menu.
The news was announced today that Starbucks’ “oat beverage” will be available at all company-owned locations come fall.
Starbucks’ Oat milk is non-GMO, made without preservatives, artificial flavours or colour, and is made with oats sourced from Canada. Starbucks started offering non-dairy milks back in 2004 when it introduced soy milk but has since added coconut and almond milks.
This isn’t Starbucks’ first time at the plant-based rodeo, either.
Recently Starbucks added three new iced coconut drinks, a drink with almond foam, and even introduced the Beyond Meat breakfast sandwich to its menu back in March.
