Another iconic fashion collab is getting ready to launch shortly. Ready for this? Nike has partnered with Jacquemus to amp up female-focused athletic wear.
The collection will launch on June 28 and will be available to shop exclusively on jacquemus.com as well as across Nike stores throughout the summer.
The founder of the fan-favourite luxury brand, Simon Porte Jacquemus, said in a statement, “For this collaboration with Nike, I wanted to create a collection that reinterprets athletic women’s sportswear in a minimal way. I have always been inspired by vintage ACG pieces and Nike campaigns from the ’90s. Having this imagery in mind, we designed women’s athletic wear with sensuous details and neutral colors, along with my own interpretation of the Humara, my favorite Nike shoe. It was important for the collection to be accessible for all bodies, and to be a natural blend of Jacquemus style and Nike performance.”
Nike x Jacquemus isn’t just creating items for performance, but also for style and to make you feel confident when wearing the collection.
Apparel and footwear will be sold with the classic looks and statement designs from both brands. The line is described as redefining summer “ready-to-wear” with comfortable pieces for anywhere, anytime.
Plus, unisex footwear and accessories are also on the list for launch.
